Everything you need to know to build your wishlist, connect with friends, and make gifting effortless.
Gifted is free and takes about 30 seconds to set up. No password required — just sign in with your Google account.
Sign in with Google
Head to listgifts.app and tap "Get started". Sign in with your Google account — we only use it to create your profile.
Your wishlist is created automatically
A default wishlist called 'My Wishlist' is ready for you. You can rename it or create additional lists for specific occasions like birthdays or holidays.
Set your username
Your public list lives at listgifts.app/list/yourusername — you can share this link with anyone.
Add anything you want — a product link, a book, an experience, or just a description of something you'd love.
Tap "Add item" on your dashboard
Fill in the title, paste a product URL (optional), add a description, price hint, or an image URL. Every field except the title is optional.
Set a priority
Mark each item as Must have ⭐, Would love 💛, or Nice to have ✨. Friends can see these priorities to help decide what to get you.
Add from any website (iOS)
On your iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari and choose "Gifted". The item details are pulled in automatically — just set a priority and save.
Occasions let you organize your wishlist around upcoming events and help friends know what gifts are relevant for which moment.
Create an occasion
Tap "Add occasion" in the nav. Choose a name like "Birthday" or "Christmas" — for common holidays, the date is pre-filled. You can also set a custom date.
Tag items to an occasion
When editing an item, assign it to an occasion. On your list, switch between All Items and specific occasions using the filter chips at the top.
Automatic reminders
Your friends get an email reminder one week before your occasion so they have time to pick and claim a gift.
Buying a gift for someone on Gifted? Here's how to make sure you don't double up with anyone else.
Add your friend
Search for your friend by name, email, or username in the Friends tab and send a friend request. Once they accept, you can see their wishlist.
Tap "I'll get this!"
When you find something you want to buy, tap the claim button. Other friends will see the item is taken — but the list owner never knows.
Mark it as purchased
After you buy the gift, come back and tap "Mark purchased" to keep your own record. This is just for you — it stays hidden from the list owner.
View the item on the retailer's site
Each item with a link has a "View item" button that takes you straight to the product page to buy it.
The Gifted iOS app lets you manage your wishlist on the go and add items from any app with a single tap.
Install the Gifted app
Download Gifted from the App Store. Sign in with the same Google account you use on the web — your lists sync automatically.
Share anything to your wishlist
Browsing Amazon, Etsy, or any other site in Safari? Tap the Share button (the box with an arrow), scroll down in the share sheet, and tap "Gifted". The item details are filled in for you.
Set priority and save
In the Gifted share sheet, pick a priority — Must have, Would love, or Nice to have — then tap Save. The item is added to your wishlist instantly.
Can the wishlist owner see who claimed their gifts?
No, never. Gifted is designed to protect the surprise. The list owner can only see the total number of claims — not who made them or which items are taken.
Do I need an account to view a wishlist?
It depends on the list owner's privacy setting. Public lists can be viewed by anyone with the link. Friends-only lists require you to sign in and be a connected friend.
Can I have multiple wishlists?
Yes! You can create as many wishlists as you like — one for your birthday, one for the holidays, one for your home — and organize them by occasion.
How do I find a friend's wishlist?
Search for them by name, username, or email in the Friends tab and send a friend request. Once they accept, their list will appear in your Friends' Lists tab.
Is Gifted free?
Yes, Gifted is completely free to use.
Create your wishlist in under a minute — free forever.
